The goal of our Claims Department is to turn the unpleasant experience of receiving a claim into a positive service experience.

We recognize that dealing with a claim may be your most extensive contact with the LPP® program. We view it as an opportunity to demonstrate to you the depth of our experience and commitment. Together with quality coverage and pricing, we believe our commitment to service is what sets us apart from other programs.

Our claims staff is centralized in one location, which allows us to be less bureaucratic and more responsive than the claim staffs typically found in most insurance companies. We strive to maintain a caseload per adjuster that is well below the industry average. We will ensure that you, the insured, are involved in your claim or case, and kept advised of the ongoing status.
